Bobcats win first two games

Corning outpaced Rector Friday night, November 11, in their first away game of 2016. The Bobcats posted a 59-44 victory after leading 14-12 after the first frame, 26-19 at the half and 41-32 after three quarters. CHS outscored their opponents in every period.
It was a balanced attack for the Bobcats with four players, all of them juniors, reaching double figures in the contest. Clint Hovis paced the squad with 12 points and Drew Stormes scored 11.
