Bobcats crush Rivercrest Colts; 48-39
The Corning Bobcats took an early stronghold on the Colts in the first quarter of the game against the Rivercrest team. The Cats were ahead at the end of the first quarter, 10-4 and sped into the half with the score at 22-8. In the third quarter the Colts scored a few more points but the Cats maintained the lead at 35-28 and would until the final score of 48-39.
Jayden Wiedeman was the lead scorer of the game between the Corning Bobcats and the Rivercrest Colts. Wiedeman scored 14 points in the form of six 2-pointers and went 2-4 at the charity stripe. Colby Briney supplied 12 points and went 5-6 at the free throw line, two 2-pointers and a 3-pointer. Parker Davis provided 8 points in the form of three 2-pointers and was 2-2 at the charity stripe. Cyle Briney delivered 7 points for the Cats, Eli Mason supplied 4 points while Kaleb Zepecki added 2 points and Cade Briney added a point.
