While most people have been battling mosquitoes, I’ve been carrying on a secret war with wasps. All of a sudden I had wasps all over the house. . .every time I went in home there they would be—in the living room, bedroom, kitchen, back porch, no place was safe. I’m not allergic to wasps, but I didn’t like the prospects of them crawling around on me at night. One day I finally got enough. I took a fly swatter and a dust cloth and I went over every inch of the house, behind pictures and curtains, underneath chairs. No wasp nests.

Bobby hails from the Huntington, West Virginia/Ohio area. He moved three months later and fell in love with Corning; his Mayberry. A baseball bat was our guest book with blue ink for American League signatures and black ink for National League. I carried my bouquet inside a ball glove. My four-year old niece, Becca threw soft baseballs instead of flower petals as she walked down the aisle.
