The Lowe Down

What do we want Corning to be known for or what will be the draw to come here?  What will encourage visitors to actually patronize businesses and support the local economy? What separates Corning in a positive way from surrounding cities?

We also need to make sure that we are creating an identity that will draw the next generation of residents so that Corning continues to grow. In essence, we need to plan and be smart about it.
