Pam, I just wanted to give you a little more information about the water plant. At the time that the decision was made to close the old plant and drill new wells, there had been numerous complaints from residents for many years about the quality of Corning’s water. Although it was safe to drink, many people didn’t like it. The main reason that the old plant was abandoned, however, was that the plant had reached end of life. The treatment tank was about to rupture and there were a lot of problems that were going to be very expensive to address. We still were paying on the bonds for that plant and it was rapidly reaching a point where it was going to be shut down.
