Choosing courage over comfort . . .

A small town editor’s job isn’t easy. I didn’t know how hard it would be, but I have to say it may be difficult, but it’s rewarding. It’s not just the workload, there’s much more stress involved than just the writing, putting the paper together and the deadline.

Last week I weighed heavily the option of publishing my editorial about the Griggs Lane lift station project this close to the election. It came down to addressing the elephant in the room and asking myself:1.
