Be brave in your convictions . . .

Have you ever been a member of a group, committee, party, church or club where the same three or four people do all the work for events or projects and the rest ride on their coattails, because they know the work will be done by those three or four people? I can feel several people nodding their heads. This happens for a couple reasons, One, a group of people is content to let others do the work or they don’t care. And two: the worker bees in the group, allow it happen. People will behave only as you allow them to behave or treat you. It could be that the workers-achievers receive an intrinsic payoff for working and achieving for the group or enjoy being martyrs. Either way, a small group of people is carrying the load.
