Phillip Wayne Weaver

Phillip Wayne Weaver, 72, of Peach Orchard passed away July 7, 2019 at Green House Cottages of Belle Meade in Paragould.

Mr. Weaver was born December 25, 1946 in Biggers. He grew up in Corning and later joined the US Army during the Vietnam War. After serving, he moved to Knobel and began working on the farm. He later took a job at Farm Service and retired after 37 years of service. Phillip enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting, gardening, having cookouts, and playing music with his friends. He was a rock of the community and will be missed by many.

Survivors include his son Kenny (Cindy) Weaver of Paragould; grandchildren Brittany (Kenny) Wright of Marmaduke and Amy Weaver of Memphis, TN; great grandchildren Ryder and Ali Jo.

He was preceded in death by his parents Denver and Bessie (Helms) Weaver; brother Cleveland Weaver; and sister Juanita Weaver.

Visitation was Tuesday from 12 to 1 P.M. at Ermert Funeral Home in Corning. Graveside service was at 1 P.M. at Hosea Cemetery in Knobel with Pastor Herbert Ellis officiating. Burial was under the direction of Ermert Funeral Home.
