Deanna Blunk, 75, of Corning passed away November 10, 2016, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould.
Mrs. Blunk was a homemaker and factory worker. She was a dedicated military wife for 20 years of Jimmie Blunk and loving caretaker of her oldest daughter, Lawanna. She was of the protestant faith and enjoyed reading and spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughters Lawanna Blunk, Leanna “Betsy” (Randy) Brinson, and Loretta (Barry) Lunsford all of Corning; siblings Barbara (Weldon) Debord of Datto, Sharon (Eugene) Hopkins of Corning; Joe (Mary) Cooper of Grover Hill, OH, and Lannie (Shelia) Cooper of Winter Haven, FL; sister-in-law Lorraine Blunk of Trumann; grandchildren Jimmie (Tonya) Lunsford, Ross Lunsford, and Leslie (Blake) Dodd; great grandchildren Logan, Makenna, Mac, and Bret Lunsford, Gage, Jude, and Jhett Dodd, Julian and Presley Lunsford; several nieces and nephews; and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents Norman D. and Lorene (Eaker) Cooper; brothers Jason Cooper and wife Doris, Norman Dean Cooper and wife Joyce; and brother-in-law Larry Blunk.
Visitation was held Saturday, November 12, at Ermert Funeral Home in Corning. Graveside service followed in Corning Cemetery.
