Elite Senior Care featured Chamber speaker
Elite Senior Care in Piggott, recently joined the Corning Chamber of Commerce. Amber Risener, Case Manager for the business, spoke at the April Chamber luncheon at the Parkview Restaurant on Monday, April 2, 2018. She explained to members that the business began in May of last year and they are trying to cover all of Clay County to focus on the senior and the disabled population the Corning area. Also in attendance was Janina Dutka, Care Coordinator at Elite Senior Care. Risener said, “Elite Senior Care is unique in that we work with children, who are physically disabled. We serve a full age range; the younger and the elderly.”
Risener explained that they help clients to find pay sources and even assist with Medicare counselors. They also assist clients in setting up hearing aid and food stamps assistance. Risener said that their service helps people to stay in their homes, instead of going to the nursing home.
