Drainage hot topic in meeting

Monday night’s October City Council meeting had many conversations, but the issue of the drainage engulfed most of the meeting. It began during Old Business when Mayor Young had City Clerk Suzy Parks read a letter from him to the council. The letter, Young said, contained information from Tim Ferguson, a Civil Engineer

Technician with Natural Resources Conservation Service concerning services that Bo Wicker from NRCS had stated he would conduct for the city.
