Allison published in peer-reviewed journal
Caryn Allison of Russelville, co-authored an article published March 12, 2019, in the peer reviewed Journal of Special Education Technology. The title of the article is “The Effects of a Computer-Aided Listening Comprehension Intervention on the Generalized Communication of Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability”. This is Ms. Allison’s seventh publication within a peer reviewed journal. Titles of some of the other articles published are: “Teaching Science Comprehension to Students with Severe Disabilities, Effects of a Story-Mapping Procedure Using the iPad on the Comprehension of Narrative Texts by Students With Autism Spectrum Disorder”, “Teaching Science Comprehension to Students with Severe Disabilities”, and “High School Literacy Instruction for Students with Developmental Disabilities in General Education Classrooms”.
